At Acknowledge, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
